An indictment was filed Thursday against two inmates who attacked Tal Yinon Dardik in Nitzan Prison last weekend, with one threatening during the assault: "You're settlers, we'll kill you."

The incident occurred in the yard of Wing 2 at Nitzan Prison, where an argument erupted between Dardik and two inmates along with others. The confrontation escalated when the two men assaulted Dardik, punching him repeatedly in the face. Dardik sustained injuries near his eye and required medical treatment.

According to a report by Lee Ayash on i24, following an investigation by the Israel Prison Service, charges were filed against Muhallel Agbariya-Hariri, son of Yahya Hariri who was a senior figure in the Hariri crime family, and against Ibrahim Gurban, who is also accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old girl in Netanya.

Two weeks ago, Dardik was arrested in northern Israel after violating five times a restraining order barring him from approaching the Samaria region.

Last month, he was released without restrictive conditions following a 38-day hunger strike. The release came after Dardik's battle against an administrative order issued by Central Command chief Avi Bluth. In the release decision, the judge criticized the conduct of the Judea and Samaria District Police in the proceedings.
